About the event
The world of work is facing a sustainable cultural change. Old patterns of thought and behavior are breaking up, young people are longing for more humanity and meaning in their working environment. How do we deal with this challenge? How does the change from resource utilization to potential development succeed? What is the meaning of our entrepreneurial activity and where is the human being? With his film DIE SILENT REVOLUTION, director Kristian Gründling creates a touching reflection of the changing world of work - told as an example using the story of an unpopular hotel manager who questions himself. Leading experts from science and business accompany his observations. Among others with: Prof. Dr. Gerald Hüther (neurobiologist), Father Anselm Grün (author of “Leadership with Values”), Thomas Sattelberger (retired HR Director at Telekom), Wolf Lotter (co-founder of brandeins), Werner Tiki Kuestemacher (simplify method) etc.
