The promotion is organised by Hirschengraben Coworking + Innovation (hereinafter referred to as "the organiser"). By participating in the promotion, the user (hereinafter referred to as "participant") accepts these conditions of participation:

Participation in the Promotion is open to all natural persons resident in Switzerland who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation.

 

Promotion

A participant may not benefit from the promotion more than once. The vouchers will be sent by email. The vouchers cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded. 

During the specified period, participants can purchase five coworking day passes at Hirschengraben for the price of three coworking day passes. The discount corresponds to CHF 60. The promotion is valid from 24.03.2024 to 07.04.2024.

 

Exclusion from the right to participate

All employees of the organiser and all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the campaign are excluded from the right to participate in this promotion. The organiser may exclude a participant at any time if justified reasons justify this, such as a breach of the conditions of participation or an attempt at manipulation, and reserves the right to take legal action

 

No connection to Meta (Facebook und Instagram)

This promotion is in no way connected to Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Facebook and Instagram. Furthermore, Facebook and Instagram cannot be held liable for the content published as part of this promotion. The organiser waives the right to assert claims against Facebook and Instagram by third parties in connection with this competition. Questions, comments or complaints in connection with this competition should not be addressed to Facebook and Instagram, but to the organiser at info(at)hirschengraben.org.

 

Right to cancel/change the campaign

The organiser may adjust the campaign at any time. The organiser and/or the partners reserve the right to cancel the campaign if important reasons make this necessary. Such a cancellation may occur in particular if the proper execution of the campaign can no longer be guaranteed, whether for technical or legal reasons.

The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne. Swiss law applies.
